2015 has been full of ups and downs in both my personal and professional life. I got engaged, got a new job and moved, experienced health challenges, and my diet changed immensely. But through it all, I have created some downright delicious, healthy, and creative recipes.
To wrap up this year, I took a look back at all of the recipes I posted over the last 365 days. Based on both your favorites and mine, I came up with this list of fifteen of the best Clean Eating Veggie Girl recipes of 2015. It was so fun to look back on everything I created, and it was especially interesting to see the pattern of exactly how I transitioned from vegan to pescetarian, to gluten-free, to Paleo, and then to mostly AIP Paleo in the matter of one year. Talk about a complete 180! Regardless of which foods I am (and am not) eating, I am always eating something delicious. I promise that won’t change!
