Beef Dill Burgers with Lemon Dill Mayo are the perfect Paleo and gluten-free barbecue food. Put your grill to use this Summer with this all-American burger!I hope you aren’t all burgered-out after the holiday weekend because that is what today’s post is all about.  Burgers upon burgers upon burgers.

Beef Dill Burgers with Lemon Dill Mayo are the perfect Paleo and gluten-free barbecue food. Put your grill to use this Summer with this all-American burger! If you are anything like me, it is impossible to get tired of grilled foods, especially during the Summer months.  And while Jeremy and I love grilled chicken, sausages, hot dogs, and foil packets, there really is nothing quite like a grilled burger.  Especially when all of the essential burger toppings are involved.

Beef Dill Burgers with Lemon Dill Mayo are the perfect Paleo and gluten-free barbecue food. Put your grill to use this Summer with this all-American burger! We tend to keep our hamburgers pretty basic with grassfed beef and seasonings like salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.  However, about a year ago I started adding in green things and it all majorly changed for the better.  And by “green things” I am referring to either dried parsley or cilantro.  I don’t know what it is about them, but they add that perfect extra something.

Beef Dill Burgers with Lemon Dill Mayo are the perfect Paleo and gluten-free barbecue food. Put your grill to use this Summer with this all-American burger! While these particular burgers don’t have parsley or cilantro in them, they have another fun green: fresh dill.  We received dill in one of our recent CSA hauls, and I was honestly at a bit of a loss for what to do with it.  Luckily, it turns out that when you randomly toss it into different meals, you are bound to find at least one that it really works with.

Dill most definitely works in burgers and in mayo.
