I spent the past three years filling up the bulk of my holiday dinner plates with side dishes. When you eat vegetarian or vegan, that just somehow seems to be inevitable. And even though turkey is making its way onto my Thanksgiving plate this year, I have to say that I am still most excited about the sides. Let’s be honest. They are the best part!
Since this will be my first Paleo Thanksgiving, I have been doing tons of research over the past few weeks for Paleo-friendly recipes.
