Annie’s Mac & Cheese is so good. I love how you can just throw some vegetables in the mix & call it a dinner.

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:28 am

It’s definitely one of the easiest and tastiest dinners. I’m never full enough with just the mac & cheese, but the veggies bulk it up perfectly!

  • Joanna @Makingmine February 11, 2015, 6:12 am

I love this WIAW! Those fresh strawberries are really speaking to me – they’ve been AWESOME lately! Thank goodness, because I can’t go too long without good berries 🙂

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:29 am

I hear you! I am normally extra sad during the Winter months because berries normally aren’t very sweet/flavorful. Luckily, this year they have been great! Now if only we could get the price lowered a bit 😉

  • Stacie @ SimplySouthernStacie February 11, 2015, 6:28 am

I’m so glad to see that I’m not the only one who adds peas into my mac & cheese!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:30 am

Oh gosh no… all of the cool people do it 😉 Seriously, though, are they not the best addition?

  • Ashley February 11, 2015, 7:03 am

Ugh and now I want an everything bagel for breakfast … which I do not have in the house!! haha

    Those veggie tostadas sound fantastic!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:31 am

I am convinced the Everything bagels are one of the best foods around. I ALWAYS keep some in my freezer for when a craving strikes!

  • Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine February 11, 2015, 7:20 am

All those wonderful foods! The bagel, the strawberries, the pasta (I don’t even like pasta!) Haha! So good!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:32 am

Haha, too funny!!! I’m sure the veggies helped convince you that the pasta would be delicious 😉

  • Kelly @ Hidden Fruits and Veggies February 11, 2015, 7:37 am

Seeing your bagel sandwiches on Instagram prompted me to impulse buy everything bagels. And then I ate one for every meal the next day :-X I regret nothing (except not having a toaster! Burnt one in the oven)

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:33 am

Haha!!! YES. That is my goal in life: to make others hungry and go buy the BEST foods. And yes… further proof of why you need a toaster. How can I convince you to go buy one of those?

  • Alexis @ Hummusapien February 11, 2015, 8:25 am

Great idea to show via Insta! I’m allll over that turmeric quinoa 🙂 Hellooooo anti-inflammatory boost!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:40 am

YES!! I’m obsessed with turmeric right now. Quinoa just may be my favorite way to cook with it!

  • Linda @ Veganosity February 11, 2015, 9:46 am

That veggie sandwich is calling me!!! Yum!!! Love the puppy, too cute. 🙂

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:40 am

She is a cute little thing. And always so curious… which is not always good when she is around food 😉

  • Erin @ Her Heartland Soul February 11, 2015, 10:10 am

I want that egg salad! And a side of cute puppy snuggles! 😀

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 10:41 am

Haha! I could go for both right now 🙂

  • Liz @ I Heart Vegetables February 11, 2015, 11:21 am

I’ve been loving veggie bagel sandwiches lately, too! Hummus + avocado is my favorite combo!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 1:41 pm

Yes!! Hummus and avocados are musts for me with most of my veggie bagel sandwiches. I also love adding some Vegenaise too 🙂

  • Dani @ DaniCaliforniaCooks February 11, 2015, 4:10 pm

Please post that recipe for the veggie tostadas! 🙂

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 4:27 pm

Thanks so much Kristy! I’ll be happy to have you following along 🙂

  • Angela February 11, 2015, 7:24 pm

Which bagels are those? (what brand) – are they homemade??

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 11, 2015, 8:53 pm

I don’t remember the brand (I just ate the last one the other day), but they are from Whole Foods!

  • Ashley February 12, 2015, 6:56 am

I love a roasted chickpea, so this salad looks awesome! 🙂
    Happy Thursday, doll!

You and me both!! They are one of my absolute favorite salad toppers. I love them in tacos, too!

  • Lois February 12, 2015, 12:55 pm

Your veggie tostada looks almost to good to eat. Recipe please!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 12, 2015, 8:13 pm

I’ll definitely have to share it now that several people have asked!

  • Trisha February 12, 2015, 1:13 pm

I love this idea! Looks like you had a tasty week. 🙂

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 12, 2015, 8:14 pm

Thanks, Trisha! Yes.. it was SUCH a tasty week! There was definitely no complaining from me 😉

  • Jen@jpabstfitness February 12, 2015, 1:46 pm

Just pinned your slow cooker rice and beans. Looks delicious and easy!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 12, 2015, 8:15 pm

It is SO easy and one of my favorite favorite dishes ever!

  • Laura @ Sprint 2 the Table February 12, 2015, 6:53 pm

Hell yes to the roasted chickpeas! I’m totally making more next week and taco-ing them!

    • ClnEatingVegGrl February 12, 2015, 8:16 pm

I always season mine with spicy things like chili powder, cayenne, etc. They are SO good in tacos that way! I hope you enjoy them 🙂
