What I Ate Wednesday: August 28, 2013
Part 1: Breakfast began bright and early at 5:00 a.m. I ate half of a banana on the drive to spin class and downed my Camelbak bottle of water during the workout. I finished up the banana when I got home. How weird is it to see the banana so early on in the day? 😉
My afternoon snack was a cherry + vanilla organic Skout trailbar. I won a giveaway on Giselle’s blog and was so exited to try these! The ingredient lists are great and I love the unique flavors. These definitely resemble Larabars, which I also love.
On Sunday I cooked up a big batch of my Vegetable, Lentil, and Barley Stew. I have been eating it for several meals this week and have been serving it over cauliflower “rice.” It is darn good!
These are all going to be recycled pictures, but you get the gist. What can I say, I am a creature of habit!
