If you have not already noticed, I am quite the creature of habit. I just cannot help it. I like what I like. As a result, my breakfasts and snacks tend to all look the same. Hopefully I am not boring you too much with my monotonous eats!

Let’s take a look at What I ate
Here is the perfect example of monotony: My cereal bowl. I love and crave cereal nearly every day. Yesterday’s cereal bowl contained Kashi GoLean (like always), Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut, Cheerios, and Cascadian Farms Cinnamon Crunch cereals. I topped the cereal bowl off with some unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Every. single. day.
Lunch was leftovers from Monday night’s dinner: Guacamole Cauliflower Rice. More on this in my Friday Favorites post later on this week because, well, it is definitely worth being a favorite of mine!
Pure deliciousness! I think that this is my favorite flavor so far!
Last night’s dinner (and today’s lunch!) was a smoky black-eyed pea and kale soup (more on this in a future Friday Favorites post!). Instead of using crackers like I normally do, I crumbled lightly salted whole brown rice cakes into my soup. It was taaaasty!
A veggie snack plate…
…and one of my new favorite snacks: a baked sweet potato topped with peanut butter and cinnamon! I sometimes eat this for breakfast, too!
