You thought yesterday’s post was going to be the last of me for a little while, didn’t you?
I packed everything up last night and cleaned my apartment. There is nothing worse than coming back from vacation with a messy house/apartment. I know that I’ll be so thankful I got it done once next weekend rolls around.
Yes, I am a self-proclaimed over-packer. It is a good thing that we are driving and not flying.
While you are reading this, the boyfriend and I are likely on the 8 hour drive to Denver or we might already be there! I wanted to pop in real quick today to remind you to follow me on Instagram for all of the delicious eats, good drinks, and beautiful scenery of our Colorado trip.

Thanks so much for the suggestion, Monica! Unfortunately I did not see this in time. My boyfriend and I ended up eating at The Sink when we were there… loved their veggie burger!
